Of you have sex with a werewolf, is it bestiality?
Not a full wolf werewolf, but a Lon Chaney style half human/ half wolf.

Given that a human/werewolf romance is a major subplot of an insanely popular fantasy/comedy series, I'm assuming that provided all parties are in human form at that time, that'd be a no. I guess somebody might be into the Lon Chaney Jr. type Wolfman --but I won't speculate.

Well, outside my ken, in that case. All I can observe is: "the hedgehog can never be buggered at all"

Is this like furries? Because it sure sounds like it.
And, I never considered 'what if the humans were the fuckers rather than the fuckees' in such an arrangement? That's how I read "lycanthrope-fucking" above, anyway.

And that may sound pedantic, but I assure you, as someone who knows without actually knowing, that the distinction between being fucked by a werewolf and fucking a werewolf is very important to many of the people whose thing it is. I suspect the underlying psychology is probably similar, but I'm talking about stuff like Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake series (SO MANY HORNY WERE-LEOPARDS, OH MY GOD!) or the smuttier end of the "paranormal romance" spectrum. And then of course there's always the bottomless cesspool of fanfic, but I suppose it's arguable how much that should really count.

He's way too tortured to spare any energy for romantic episodes. And he'd probably be terrified that any offspring would be werewolves too!

A) She's a looker, for sure --the Cat People reference is specific to the whole werefeline question B) Which one? There are several sub-series inside the series. Also an arc of improving storylines up through the last few (when Sir Terry was, unfortunately, dying and writing at the same time).

Depending on the hairstyle, that may be an issue regardless of lycanthropy:

I'm partial to the Guards series --though they start to fall off badly after "The Fifth Elephant" If you want to follow the series that has Death (and Death's relatives) as the central characters: Reaper Man Soul Music Hogfather Thief of Time

Have a couple of autographed Discworld novels from back when I attended a talk Pratchett gave back in, gah, '93 to promote Small Gods. I absolutely tore through those things. The majority of the paperbacks I have I bought during my British Inversion, which have infinitely more interesting cover art than what's found on the American ones.
I'm not sure when I fell out of that particular loop...may have been around the time of Lords and Ladies.
