I saw this when I was going through the Wendy's drive-thru this morning:
It was like I woke up this morning in Grosse Pointe.

Why are they called noodle poppers? Because you huff them while having gay sex?

There are no noodles in that recipe, sirrah. They sound like some kind of hallucinogenic fry bread.

I would be so tempted to "Denny Crane!" him, but I don't think I'd have the nerve.

One thing's for sure: I'll be the only person there who loved him best for that role.

And, as a result, he'd probably love it. He says he really enjoyed playing the character.

Last couple of nights Coast-to-Coast radio has been fun, with a Halloween historian on two nights ago and a fellow talking about Psychomanteum chambers last night.

I've been reading for years that Ian Brady, the male half of the Moors Murderers duo, was a pickle-puss loner who wanted nothing to do with his own species. Now I'm reading a book by a guy who actually got to know him and it looks as if Brady were a riot. He told him how when he met a guy in prison doing a short spell behind bars for burglary, he would send him home with a sheet of cellophane with his own fingerprints on it so the guy could transfer them to a suitable surface at his next B&E job. He liked to think of the police wracking their brains to understand how Ian Brady could have been at the scene of a robbery when he was safely locked up all these years.
He also talked about working as a prison barber, even cutting the hair of some of the turnkeys. He got a smile out of that, saying "Imagine Ian Brady standing behind you with a pair of scissors!"
If it isn't true, it ought to be.

Went to another of those Friday Night Frights horror movie meet-ups last night. We had a great time watching Yuzna's Bride of Reanimator and Dohler's Night Beast, followed by some forgotten fan's videomix of horror movie moments. Might even head over there after the trick-r-treating's done Halloween eve.

Deeky, glad you remembered and saved that Oldie and Goodie. I also saved it, but wouldn't be able to find it without some searching.
