Deeky, I had heard "Bird Is the Word," but this was the firstime I had seen a video of the song beng performed.
Read the comments while it played, so I didn't get to see the alternate ending.
So, I'll watch it again.
Also, before watching the video, read IMDB reviews of the film Sweet Bird of Youth, which most of the reviewers thought was one great film despite the change of the ending from that of the stage play.

Deeky, here is a link, on the word bird as slang for penis. I got a lot of listings on my net search, but for right now, I'm just letting it lie (as Dave Duley sung in "If it feels good do it, if it hurts, just let it lie . . . " Maybe some day when I learn (Paul Revere and the raider's lyrics from Cherokee Nation), I'll pursue it further in relation to the Tennessee Williams play. answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AwrJ6yxQJrVcIIgAYzdXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTEydjY1MmJrBGNvbG8DYmYxBHBvcwMxBHZ0aWQDQjcwMTNfMQRzZWMDc3I-?qid=20100428125928AAOUCppNow, I'm going to watch Surfin Bird one more time, then go over to Classic Horror Film Board Forums, and communicate with all the great people there. Then later, surf back here to ZAQB and give more details of my doings of Monday, April 15, 2019.
