Goldie, yesterday, I took the time to read every post in this thread, which I have, for the most part, avoided commenting on, although I have, made a handful of posts here.
I'd say this thread is for those who have "pet peeves," and who might be said to be "off on a tangent," about what John Waters was referring to,when he said,"Generally,I have no tolerance for people with religious beliefs."
Mr. Waters, who describes himself as an "ex-Catholic," did say that he might possibly return to the church one day."
I think that all of us, myself included, have their pet peeves and get off on tangents about peoples' "religious beliefs," those two words, whether used by anyone, John Waters being just one of a few, being the basis for many peoples' pet peeves and getting off onto tangents.
I am involved, as usual, whether I am working at my job and earning a paycheck (which I have not done since mid March), or not working and earning a paycheck, involved in all kinds of projects that can keep me busy 18 hours of every day of the week, 52 weeks a year.
But, even with no for pay job limiting my time to work on these projects, I still am posessed by the spirit of Beetle Bailey Laziness, and find it hard to even motivate myself to work on any of my projects.
One such project that I started on,quite some time ago, was how embarassing it is when you have a common surname and people committing the most notorious crimes in your community have the same surname, and how embarassing it is to hear and see that surname in written newspaper accounts and on the radio.
I sent the first installment of that project to you and a few other select people and am thinking of resuming work on it.
