It's a little movie rag I've been farting out. Only three issues so far. It's sort of an excuse for me to watch and write about some of the sleazies and sickies that I find on the newsgroups, although thus far I haven't ventured too far into serious vileness. |

I got a post office letter from Dave today, and he needs more postage stamps, which I'll try to get to him.
His cataract surgery is scheduled for February 13, so let's hope and pray that it won't be delayed this time, and that his eyesight will be corrected.

Deeky's more about the Taint: Webmaster Deeky, and Choco, I hope I've got the cursor in the right part of the reply field. I had previously noticed that guy with the 'stache in the "taint" video, and wondered it if might be a bit uh, "racy," since I darned well know that "taint" is a less fancy word for "perenium," (Remember Deeky's location being "at the perennium?" I never had my headset handy when I was surfing thru this thread, then about a week ago, when I did have my headset handy, I looked and looked, and looked, and couldn't find the "taint" video, and concluded it might have been removed by the copyright holder. Well, today, searching thru Choco's posts, I accidently found the "taint" video, so I was able to watch it with the sound (I was right in concluding that however "racy" it might have or not have been, I would need to hear the sound (I was thinking that it was a music video), to fully appreciate it. Well, any doubts about the raciness of the video disappeared when I put on my headset, plugged it in to the computer and clicked on the video! It far exceeded my wildest imagination of what a "taint" video would be like even at its raciest. I had no idea that there were TV shows such as "Mr. Show." I have thought about watching more of his shows from the list, but so far have not recovered from the "Taint" video (sort of like Forry telling a letter writer that He had not yet recovered from Blood Feast, and had yet to see 2000 Maniacs). |

Yeah, Mr. Show was a pretty great sketch comedy show that aired on HBO, so they were able to use all the naughty language they wanted. I wouldn't be surprised if you could find DVDs of it through your library, it was hugely popular in the 90s.

Since The Taint was my first Mr. Show episode, so far it has been the best.
I know I would never have the time to watch all of the Mr. Show episodes.
But, I'm wondering if it can get Even Better than that First One?
Any of you more experienced Mr. Show viewers got any recommendations for other great episodes?

Well, Marxo, I watched the entire episode. For an outrageous show, it was OK, but not the peer of the Taint show. It will take a lot to equal or surpass the Taint show. The Benny Hill type ending was good.
