One of several songs I used to hear relatively frequently on FM rock radio back in the day that they just stopped playing at all from about 90's on.*

She played an integral part in one of, if not the, most striking television sequences I have seen to this day. I don't know if we have any true PeaksFreaks here, but the episode in which they actually reveal the killer concludes with an extended sequence in which something really terrible (and shockingly violent for network TV of the time) happens, and a part of it takes place in the local bar where Julee Cruse and her band are playing (much of it is set to the song 'The World Spins'). One of the last shots is a close-up of her face. The whole thing just set fire to my spine the first time I saw it.
