One of my favorite comedians ever Same here Mayz. One of the greats! People our generations and younger tend to think of Newhart for his TV roles and appearances, but his comedy albums from the 60's were gold, too. R.I.P. Bob, and thanks for the laughs. |

Buttoned Down Mind may very well have been the first comedy record I ever heard. His ability to communicate a two-person conversation through one voice without making it feel forced was remarkable, as well as the fact that he was basically playing the straight man and the comedian at the exact same time.
