A postal contact in the UK does these on a roughly bimonthly basis. They are mainly poetry and music-heavy. Neither are usually big draws for me. But, of all the poetry chapbooks and pages I receive, his are far and away the best. They often hit like gut punches, but damn can he write. Here's an example, along with the front page it came from:
