Was just doing some reading up on Mae West, and she sued a nude wrestling club for using the Name Diamond Lil, title of a play she had written, but would not allow to be performed by anyone other than herself, until after her death.
I'm not sure if she did perform in the play while she was living, but why would a nude wrestling club be calling itself Diamond Lil?

Well, I did some more net searching, and it was in the year 1975 that Miss West filed the lawsuit.
I got a link to a newspaper archive, which, since I am not a paid up member, was full page but too blurry to read, and I wasn't even able to scroll thru the page, to find the headline of the article, which would probably have been legible, if I could have scrolled to the bottom of the page.
For right now, I've done enough searching on that topic, and won't return to it for awhile.
