Last picture of Hachiko, the faithful dog who waited for over 9 years outside Shibuya Station for his master to return even after he had died. 1935

Night before last, I took Harlow for a late night walk before bed. I usually let her decide the course, and we meandered down the block a bit until we reached a point where there were cars parked on both sides of the street. Harlow seemed interested in going up a steep driveway and I had to pull her back and we started walking back towards my place. Well, a second later, I looked back, and a truck had started up and was following us slowly down the street without its lights on before pulling up beside us. Guy said something, but I couldn't make it out over the engine, then slowly pulled away and down the street.
I didn't really think anything of all this, but realized the next day that the guy lived there and must have thought we looked suspicious the way we started up his driveway a step(with doggo pulling) before turning to go back. Most likely, Harlow sniffed/heard him and wanted to go say "Hi!" like she does with all strange humans. I figured she sensed a cat or dog. I wonder if he was planning on shooting me or some crazy shit.

A 12 mo. supply of Simparica Trio for Harlow was by FAR the largest part of her $450 yearly check-up bill. Yeesh. Congress needs to go after vet pharmacy price gouging next.

Cats, too!
I'd really like to know where the audio loop over the curious pets is from. That lady is cussing somebody out. Wish I knew Spanish.

Harlow's drinking sound would be transcribed as: "SlorpSlorpSlorp..."

I don't think it would help much. I'm fairly sure that's Italian.

This reminds me of visiting my sister to set up her Superbox. We put it on Dog TV and one of her dogs flipped out at the other dogs playing and running around on the screen. Too cute.

While I still believe the above is true, I do feel I should walk back my opinions on the Simparica Trio a little because it does treat three separate-but-big issues for dogs. I mean, if the three things were separate prescriptions instead of all rolled into one big monthly pill, it might conceivably cost even more.

Ha! I had a tee shirt with a surprisingly similar image of a floppy eared dog in aviator goggles riding in a bi-plane.
