I don't know what I would think of the film until I see it. Are you, Dr. Kobb, or anyone else, here on the board thinking of making a final purchase from Sinister Cinema before they close early next year? They are making some special offers: Buy 6 DVDs for the price of 5 (the most expensive being free), and 12 DVDs for $99. I'm thinking of getting Battle of the Worlds and Atom Age Vampire in widescreen, and, what else, for my six films?
Well, you can get a general idea just from watching the shit trailer.
And no, I will not be supporting Sinister during their death throes.

I wish I could find a print of this craziness: Wait, Deeky -- is this a book or a movie?
I am absolutely loving
Some of the crimes these people commit under the influence of psych meds border on comical. Straight-up "Florida Man" stuff.

Over at TOP I saw a request of access to a source for a movie I never heard of before, called REVENGE OF THE CALENDAR GIRLS. Anyone know where it can be found? IMDb has an entry but I can't even find an image of a movie poster or VHS box, let alone a copy.

Goldie, that is a new one to me. I'm sorry to say that unlike the Gay Erotic Video Archive, I have been unable to find a comparable Straight Erotic Video Archive, and I have mentioned this before in other posts.
If anyone knows of such an online archive, please let me know where to find it, because after all the searching I've done, I can't find it.

Deeky, thanks for the links. The first one didn't look useful to me, but the second one did seem promising.
Did find listing for Bobby Astyr, who played Harlan who told the un named pro played by Marlene Willoughby "I understand your prices are quite reasonable."
He died of Lung Cancer.

I peeked around my usual haunts for a copy. No luck. Sorry!

I'm trying to be a bit more fiscally responsible this year, but I may break down and order a copy of this soon. Mainly due to a recent article about how influential it was for Britain's so-called "haunted generation" in a recent Fortean Times mag.

Is that a book or a movie? A movie. It looks like a totally bonkers Spanish Cruising ripoff:

I enjoyed Cruising (1980) a lot more than I'd anticipated. Mainly for the bitchin' soundtrack. Poppers (1984) looks like it'd warrant a watch. Mainly because it just LOOKS SO EIGHTIES! And the cape dance looks pretty great, too.
Alas, no luck on this end. I don't really have that many sources, but I tried the Usenet Groups and I peeked at the VideoScreams catalog just in case. He's got a metric TON of rare foreign film sleazies, but I'm afraid I struck out there, too.

It wasn't at Cinemageddon (which I thought would for sure have it) or on Pirate Bay.

I have never been administered a mood-altering medication in my life. I've self-administered. Probably to a harmful degree at times. Ah well...I guess something's gotta kill you.
