Dr. Kobb, where else did you mention the disco scene? I looked in the film review thread and couldn't find it, but I know I saw it somewhere.
I think it was in the "Mail" thread. Or should I say MALE thread? (wink-wink, knudge-knudge, say-no-more)
Yes, now I remember it being on the mail thread. I will now start the thread on my starting all over again with cable TV, but think I'll put it on General Chatter, since it doesn't really concern any specific entertainment, but is more concerned with mechanics and electronics. Also, I found a non-porno utube video of Sammy Case handling a basketball, which he did very well, and I liked seeing, and want to share with the ZAQBers, but now I can't find it! Oh, well, got to go to General Chatter and get the Starting All Over Again thread, which I saved the URL of a music video to begin the thread with.

If PIF does decide to get a copy, along with the other 3 of us, I suppose it would be enough to start a group review that might drawn in more reviewers. I spent three months with nothing but DVD access on my TV in KY (cuz no internet for me, by gumption). Get back to CA for a brief stint here, and my TV decides to kick the bucket on me. Technically I can still stream stuff on my laptop but, lo and behold, the screen seems to be failing on it.
Yep, heading into a mighty fine stretch of "this really sucks" right now.

PS to my last post. I mentioned the utube interview with Sammy Case where he (imho) showed some good skill in handling a basketball, and which I'd like to see and hear again. I know that u-tube does not have any porno on it, but the second time I tried to watch the 50 second interview of Sammy in his basketball uniform, I was confronted with an "age" statement that requires signing up for an account, something I am not ready to do right now. I'm putting a link below to the 3 utube videos I found on Sammy, posted by a guy named Vasquez, one of them, which includes Scripture quotations, is simply a slide show of still photots and background music, along with scripture quotations, the maker of this one just wantting to say what a wonderful human being Sammy is. There was no age statemetn on this one. The one at the top is Sammy doing weight lifting, which a person can watch part of without the age statement, then it comes on. the middle one is the one with Sammy in the basketball suit, and I presume that it was the one where I saw him handle the basketball so adroitly, and the interviewer asking him if he played basketball and I think he said no. And, it requires an age statement to even start watching the 50 second interview. Maybe something with the age statement gizomo wasn't working and I just got lucky? There was nothing pornographic in the basketball sequence that I was able to view that one time. Then, at the bottom, is the still photo slide show, which does not have an age statement at all. Here's the link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1LfHBJQX1I&list=PL4A520B17F4BB6C12&index=3If someone who does have a utube account can get past the age statement and watch the 50 second video in the middle and confirm that it was the one where Sammy displays his basketball skills, I would be very greatful. Below is the link to the u-tube page. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1LfHBJQX1I&list=PL4A520B17F4BB6C12&index=3

Deeky, I will be the second person to request the Zoomerang! DVD, but please respect my wishes and send it to me in a plain clear DVD plastic envelope, without that cover shown in the link that I clicked on. Sorry, Billy, I didn't see this until today. I will send one out to you soon. I'm going to write CONTAINS HARDCORE GAY PORNOGRAPHY on the envelope. Just kidding. However, I must confess I do not understand why you care what postal employees think about your mail. You're a real enigma, Billy!

So far I've only sent it to Kobb. I'll send one to you, too, Billy, in a plain brown wrapper. I have no memory of typing this!

Deeky, all of us forget things, and I am just paranoid.
I remember way back in early 2003 when Dr. Kobb was sending films in those hamburger helper boxes, he sent me a VHS SWV double feature in one of those boxes, and somehow it had gotten torn open, and there was no film in the box!
So, while such accidents are rare, they can possibly happen.
I just wonder what did happen to that VHS, and if whoever got the VHS tape liked the Dragon Art Double Feature or not.

The USPS used to hold auctions to sell off undeliverable mail. Maybe somebody bought a tub of VHS tapes from the postal service that contained Dragon Art.

I have run into technical difficulties: I seem to have run out of blank DVDs. Thanks for telling me and us other ZAQBers that, Deeky. I'm sure you'll get some more DVDs, and byi the time that happens, maybe some other board members will also want to get a copy of Zoomerang. It is very nice of you to offer to send the film to any ZAQBer who does request a copy.

Bought a small pack of DVDs from Amazon. Glad to get that good news, Deeky. I have saved the ads for the first (and only?) run of Wakefield Poole's Bible in NYC and want to start a thread on that film but just like the Demonic Spirit of Forry Ackerman posesses me to do something: writing long, verbose dissertations that ramble in a chain reaction from one topic to another, the Demonic Spirit of Beetle Bailey also posesses me to NOT do things, and keeps me too lazy from starting the WP Bible thread. Maybe I can banish that Lazy Spirit, and get Beetle Bailey behind me, and actually post the ads I've found of Mr. Poole's Biblical film.

Deeky, I know you got tired of my saying thanks for this and thanks for that, so I stopped saying thanks.
As usual I started off today with my Drug diet of Blood Pressure Pills, before any water or food.
Looking at that pakage, I think I might need a Doulbe Dose of the 3 Blood Pressure nostrums that I am on.
Amlodipine, Losartin Potassium, and Hydrocholorothiazide.
Plus, Statin for cholesterol, Ranitidine for acid reflux, and what else do I take?
Well, the diazepam is basically a sleeping nostrum and with my now drinking no alcohol on Saturdays and Sundays, that drug is needed.
I don't know how many of you other Board Members have had an RX for "controlled substance," recently, but in the past two years or so, some bosses in whoever makes the rules about controlled substances require a person getting an RX for a controlled subsgance, has to sign a whole page with one question after another and one promise after another such as, I am not to use alchool less than 24 hours after taking the controlled substance.
And, I have to have a urine test to prove that I am taking the controlled substance. The last one I had the diazepam did dnot show up on the test, since I had not taken it in a few days, so I had to explain that to the nurse giving me the test.
I suppose whoever is behind this rule and regulation must think if a person doesn't show that they have taken the controlled substance recently enough for it to show up on a blood test, that they might be not taking it at all and selling it to other people?
I don't see any reason why I should take a tranquilizing drug every day, if I feel I don't need it, even if it is only a drug with a mild addiction potential. Looks like I'd gain some brownie points for not using the drug too much, instead of possibly falling under suspicion of no telling what.
I was told by the doctor that the purpose of the drug test, and signing that list of questions and promises, was to catch people who were using illegal drugs, like heroin, I suppose?
But if an illegal drug were found on one of those drug tests, how could a doctor report it to whoever is behind this new rule and reg about controlled substances?
I do not recall any part of that long page of questions and agreemnts, that said a doctor's confidentiality was waived.
The lastime I did get an RX for diazepam, I didn't have to take the urine test, and I didn't have to sign that paper, so maybe that effort to catch addicts and illegal drug users has been dropped?

Deeky, the package arrived yesterday. My original plan was to watch a trailer and/or some brief clips before actually watching the entire feature film itself, at normal speed with no FFing. And, I had intended to post the URLs of those trailers and brief sequences from Zoomerang, so other ZAQBers could check out out some of the film to see if they wanted to take up our Webmaster's offer of a free copy of Zoomerang to join in a discussion of a film that up to that point only two and now three of us ZAQBers actually have a DVD of. But, those links to the trailer, and/or brief sequences are now defunct, so they, like myself, witll have no alternatives (that I know of) of seeing anything more than a few still images those defunct URLs are linked to. It's now Rum Ration time, and I while I am not under the influence, I want to be fully "up" (not tight, Manfred Mann song lyric blinded by the light), before watching Zommerang. (I also have gotten into Walk the Line, so there is another DVD to possibly watch concurrently with Zoomerang when I get tired of one or the other films). Oh, well, got to do some more posts, so I can move thru the ranks of Nipple Masturbator, Royal Anteater, and I can't remember the other esteemed ranks for prolific posters here on ZAQB.

Deeky, I will watch Zoomerang at normal speed with no FFing. Same with Walk the Line and Matrix. I don't have a term for my watching a film with no FFing.
Serious - ly watching a film?
A Serious Viewing is probably best.
With some films, I dont give them a serious viewing, but just FF through them.
But, with a Seriously viewed film, I do use the FF button if I watch it again.
Almost all porno films are so boring that I have watched many of them just FF only.

After this post, I'll be 11 posts away from 1100 total posts, and I'm guessing a change in member ranking, although I have no idea what the next ranking for me is, and I don't want anyone to tell me what it might be, if that is the case.
Most of the time, I am not watching my total post count anticipating a Member Ranking change, but instead just notice when I have a new ranking.
I very much like Misguided Visionary, tho.

What if the movie features FFing and you end up FFing through the FFing?

What if the movie features FFing and you end up FFing through the FFing? 🤜➡️🍩💥 Deeky, I suppose that would be like E =MC2, or MC squared. It would be Fast Forwarding Squared, but as I told you on those 2 DVDs I will not watch them at FF speed on first viewing, so if there are any sped up scenes in the films, I will see them as the film maker intended. I Watched more of Walk the Line, to the point where Johnny finally has success with Folsom Prison Blues, and the second baby has arrived, but his wife is not satisfied withhim being on the road so long, and of course, he has already met Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Pressley, and how many other Sun Records stars. And, most important, June Carter. Johnny tells his wife he is feeling very tired, but so far has not started using the "up me" pills, as Brother Dave Gardner called them. I was disappointed that Zoomerang ran over an hour, 1 hour, 21 mins total. I don't think I've seen any of the actors in it before, but did recognize the names of the producers, directors, and others in the credits who were said to have produced better than average porno films. The film didn't just jump into porno, like a lot of such films did, and had a build up of seven minutes. Also, some slow motion shots of a straight guy who has walked on the bi side playing tennis with one of the 2 male couple leads, in slow motion. That took me to Chapter 6, about 55 mins into the film.
