Webmaster Deeky, I very much appreciate your insights and contributions to this thread on the unique, individualities and peculiarities of Billy A Anderson, and what has caught his fancy in popular? music. Going back to earlier message boards, you mentioned in your earlier years, working in a record? sales store, and you were able to ID "Shades of Green" by the Flaming Embers, from a lyric quotation of mine. Also, you seemed incredulous when I asked if anyone remembered the Temptations. So, you know a lot about popular music, yet, on the other hand, after telling all you knew (or could find on net searches), about "Yellow River," you said you had never actually heard that song played. So, what I'm getting at is, how much of this old music that we discuss here, do you know from actually hearing the music itself, as opposed to just hearing "about" the music. Specifically, Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds, who in the direction this thread was taking in Two Kinds of People (Winners and loosers, Buyers and Sellers, Spitters and Swallowers), their song, Winners and Loosers first came to mind with me, then you posted a link to a u-tube video of HJF&R "Don't Pull Your Love." So, just how much do you know about JHF & R from actually hearing their music, or, do you just know "about" that group, and the utube video link you posted on Don't Pull your Love could have just been a Random Selection? PS: Did you listen to much, or any of the temptations music? I don't even know if Curtis Mayfield was once with the Temptations or not. I remember his name from his solo efforts like "superfly," and "Fredd's Dead," and "(Don't Worry) If There's a Hell Down Below, We're all Gonna Go."

It's a toothpaste AND a floor cleaner! I hadn't caught those 2 products in my net searches. We need to make a list of how many zoomerang products there are. Had anyone here on ZAQB even heard the word, "zoomerang," before Deeky found that ad for the film? If no one here, myself included, had ever heard the word, "zoomerang," before, it is incredible that we somehow missed hearing it all of our lives before Deeky's discovery. I'll leave the search for products to your studious eye, sir. What I think is great, is that we live in a time when someone can: post a vintage ad mat from a niche market - we see one that looks bonkers - and Deeky was able to seek out this relic for our enjoyment and "research" purposes.

I've probably heard "Don't Pull Your Love" 100s of times, being a bit of classic Seventies pop. Same goes for their next hit "Falling in Love." The Temptations were a staple of oldies radio when that was still a thing. It may still be. I don't really listen to the radio anymore. I think I own a couple of their albums, though. As far as I know Curtis Mayfield was never a member of the Temptations.

Deeky, glad to learn more about your musical interest development. I rarely listen to radio much any more, either.
My most recent net search has found a Zoomerang greeting card company, and I intend to pursue the matter to find more Zoomerang products.
And, Lenny, thanks for telling us about Mr. Rogres and Zoomerang.

I'd think he would have had to have had some backup band for his music.

Dr. Kobb, I'll have to do some thinking and make a list.
First that comes to mind is Jackie de Shannon.
And, the Supremes.
And, I'm sure there are more.
Deeky, I didn't hear any music by any recording artists during Tyler In The Shower.
Is it just my impaired hearing that I didn't hear any music?
My eyesight is still pretty sharp after all these years, and I didn't see any female recording artists in the shower with Tyler.

Deeky, was the music those ladies were playing while Tyler was showering, have any lyrics, or was it purely instrumental?
