I mentioned a few weeks back about ordering this huge 15 ft "burnt ghoul" from a Halloween supplier. Well, here's his face! It's nearly a yard from head to chin. I can't wait to hang this sumbitch up in the yard.

It is! Every year I seem to love Halloweentime more and more! Everyone at work thinks I'm a fucking lunatic.

Indeed I am ramping up to start my annual ironman on monday, and boy am I excited!
(Cliffster, have you heard that in Northville they decorate the town with skeletons in October the way towns often decorate for the winter holidays?)

One could certainly do one's yard up royal with all the skeleton props available in recent years. Besides all sorts of human bones, there are easy-to-find dog, cat, rat, bat and even frog skeletons. btw - I love that stairway gauntlet of skeletons in Goldfish's above post. All the shots were inspiring, though.

 I've gotten some good deals off an online site named Trendy Halloween, so I don't wish to trash them too hard, but they need to keep up with their inventory better. Some of my chief purchases have ended up as cash-back situations when they discover after-the-fact that they do not actually have this or that item in stock.

I may drop by Retro-A-Go-Go and see what they have there for the season's shrieking. The window display is giant versions of vintage Ben Cooper costumes; count Dracula, Lurch and Lily Munster are among them, I bleeve.
